The main objective of this project is to establish a cooperation partnership to promote transnational cooperation in the field of youth work, with the aim of developing, testing, and implementing innovative methods to foster the reskilling and upskilling of young people in response to digital transformation, by strengthening digital readiness, resilience, and capacity. These methods are intended to improve young people’s employability by enhancing their competences, skills, and values, and by promoting a generation prepared to face the social transformation ahead.

Among the specific objectives is the creation of innovative practices in the youth field through the development of a methodology based on virtual gamification, designed to support the acquisition of upskilling and reskilling competences that foster the knowledge and skills needed to address digital transformation. Another objective is to increase the potential for transferring innovative methodologies among youth workers and educators, through the production of project results they can access in order to understand how to develop and improve young people’s employability, especially that of young people with fewer opportunities, in response to the new reality brought about by the Covid-19 crisis. Finally, the project seeks to promote the organisational development of five entities with diverse cultural and organisational backgrounds and to strengthen their partnership for cooperation through the development and dissemination of the project results created in the field of youth work.
