European Projects & Partnerships
European Projects & Partnerships
Ludus Magnus collaborates in the design, development, implementation, evaluation and dissemination of European projects and funded initiatives across different programmes and sectors. We can join international consortia as a project partner, specialist subcontractor or provider of specific expertise, and when appropriate contribute to project coordination or lead specific work packages.
We are particularly interested in initiatives where education, training, research, social innovation and innovative learning methodologies can create meaningful and measurable impact. Our multidisciplinary team allows us to contribute both to the development of project activities and resources and to their research, evaluation, quality assurance, communication and dissemination.

Our European project experience
Our team combines extensive experience in the design, preparation, implementation, evaluation and dissemination of European and national projects, gained through Ludus Magnus, universities, non-profit organisations and other European collaborations.
We have contributed to projects addressing education, board game-based learning, gamification, digital learning, wellbeing, inclusion, intergenerational learning, personal and social development, research, dissemination and impact evaluation.
This multidisciplinary background allows us to contribute both to the practical implementation of project activities and to their rigorous evaluation, communication and dissemination.

Erasmus+ Cooperation & Mobility
Ludus Magnus participates in Erasmus+ through both cooperation projects and learning mobility activities. Through the European Institute for Modern Board Games (EIMBG), we can collaborate with schools, universities, VET providers, adult education organisations, NGOs and other educational institutions across Europe.
Whether you are building an international consortium, looking for a partner with specific expertise, or seeking training and mobility opportunities for your staff, we can support your Erasmus+ activities through two main pathways: Cooperation Partnerships (KA2) and Learning Mobility (KA1).
KA2 – Cooperation Partnerships
Build and develop European projects with us
Ludus Magnus can join Erasmus+ Cooperation Partnerships and Small-scale Partnerships as a project partner, contributing specialist expertise to the design, development, implementation, evaluation and dissemination of project activities.
Depending on the project, we can contribute to methodology development, educational resources, training activities, research and impact evaluation, quality assurance, dissemination and exploitation, digital platforms and innovative learning approaches.
KA1 – Learning Mobility
Training, professional development and mobility opportunities
Through EIMBG, we offer tailor-made training programmes and workshops for teachers, trainers, youth workers, adult educators, VET staff and other education professionals. Our training activities can be adapted to the objectives and participant profile of each organisation and may be funded through Erasmus+ KA1 mobility grants.
We can also support organisations interested in job shadowing and mobility experiences in Valladolid, facilitating access to educational institutions and helping to design meaningful learning programmes around the mobility.
Training courses and workshops
We design tailor-made training experiences in areas such as board game-based learning, gamification, innovative education, educational game design, digital learning and other fields covered by our multidisciplinary team.
Training programmes can be adapted in duration, content and methodology to the needs of the participating organisation and can be delivered to teachers, trainers, youth workers, adult educators, VET professionals and mixed groups.
Support for Erasmus+ mobility
If your organisation holds an Erasmus+ KA1 accreditation or mobility grant, we can help you define an appropriate training programme and prepare the documentation required for the mobility.
Our activities may be suitable for mobility funded through KA121-SCH, KA122-SCH, KA121-ADU, KA122-ADU, KA121-VET and KA122-VET.
Job shadowing in Valladolid
We can facilitate access to educational institutions in Valladolid for organisations interested in job shadowing and professional observation activities, helping to connect visiting participants with relevant educational environments and professionals.
